The connection planner and cost calculator run in this browser. Their selections are not sent to a model, supplier or comparison service. They do not measure your connection, check a customer account or access your files. The site adds no advertising trackers or external analytics scripts.
Private enquiries
The enquiry form asks for your name, email, enquiry topic, setting and requirements. Company and phone are optional. Include only the location detail and initial outline you are comfortable sharing. The team handling this site’s enquiries uses those details to understand and respond to your request. They are delivered to a private mailbox, not published on the website.
Do not send credentials, identity documents, payment details, private client information or confidential attachments. An enquiry does not order a service or authorise a transfer. If a later supplier check needs additional information, its purpose and handling should be explained at that stage.
Essential operation
The form uses an essential secure session cookie and an expiring security token. The server may process request information, including IP address and time, for operation, security, rate limiting and delivery. The form does not store enquiry bodies as public website records. Correspondence should be kept only as long as needed to respond and manage a resulting conversation.

Network checkers and related commercial websites have their own terms and privacy practices. Following a link does not send the contents of your enquiry form to that destination.
Your choices
Use the enquiry form, choosing “Other”, to ask about your information, correct details or request deletion of information no longer required. Keep that initial request non-sensitive.
